1. Who is responsible for your data?
OmniView is operated by Dominig Williams, based in Quito, Ecuador. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, Dominig Williams is the person responsible for the personal data processed through OmniView, unless another written arrangement applies to a specific service.

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with OmniView, we may collect:
- Project inquiry data: name, email address, phone number, company, service of interest, approximate budget, and the project description you submit.
- Communication data: messages exchanged through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other agreed channels.
- Client and project records: proposals, approvals, project materials, contracts or written project terms, payment records, support history, and information needed to deliver services.
- Technical and usage information: limited website traffic and performance information through Vercel Web Analytics and infrastructure logs.
- Approximate country: Vercel may derive the country associated with a requester's public IP address. OmniView may use that country code to choose an initial language experience. We do not use this feature to identify precise physical location.
- Language preference: your selected language may be stored locally in your browser so the site can remember your preference.
3. Why we use personal data
We may process personal data to:
- respond to inquiries and prepare proposals;
- communicate about a potential or active project;
- deliver, support and improve services;
- manage project approvals, revisions and records;
- protect the site, users and OmniView from abuse or security incidents;
- understand aggregate website usage and performance;
- remember or infer an initial language preference;
- comply with applicable legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
At launch, OmniView does not use inquiry data to enroll users automatically into newsletters, advertising SMS, or promotional email campaigns. If OmniView later introduces marketing communications, appropriate consent and opt-out mechanisms will be implemented where required.
4. Legal bases
The legal basis for processing depends on the context and applicable law. It may include your consent, steps requested by you before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as responding to business inquiries, securing the website, maintaining records and improving services, where those interests are permitted by applicable law.
6. International processing and transfers
OmniView serves clients internationally and uses service providers that may process information in countries other than Ecuador. As a result, personal data may be processed or stored internationally. OmniView will use providers and transfer mechanisms that are reasonably appropriate to the service and will take required safeguards into account where applicable data-protection law requires them.
7. How long we keep information
- Leads that do not become clients: generally up to 1 year after the most recent meaningful interaction, unless earlier deletion is appropriate or a longer period is required for a legal reason.
- Client/project records: generally up to 7 years after the end of the client relationship where reasonably necessary for contractual, dispute, legal or recordkeeping purposes, unless applicable law requires a different period.
- Language preference: may remain in the user's browser until the user clears browser storage or the site changes the setting.
Data may be deleted, anonymized or retained for a shorter or longer period where appropriate under applicable law or a specific legal obligation.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access to personal data, correction or updating, deletion, objection to processing, portability, restriction or suspension of certain processing, and information about how your data is used.
To make a request, email dominig.business@gmail.com. OmniView may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Rights may be subject to lawful exceptions, including record-retention, contractual, security or legal-claims requirements.
Where applicable, you may also contact the competent data-protection authority, including Ecuador's Superintendencia de Protección de Datos Personales (SPDP).
9. Security
OmniView takes reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No internet transmission, cloud platform or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.
10. Automated processing and language detection
OmniView may use an approximate country code associated with the incoming request to select an initial English or Spanish experience. A user's manual language choice should take priority and may be stored locally in the browser. This language selection is not used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
11. Children and legal capacity
OmniView does not intentionally design its commercial contracting process to bypass legal-capacity requirements. If a person cannot legally enter into a contract in their jurisdiction, a parent, guardian or other authorized representative must act where required by law.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
OmniView may update this Privacy Policy as services, technology or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Individual notice will be provided only where required by applicable law.
